After a number of years shooting traditional digital photography, both black & white and color, I began to have the desire to create one-of-a-kind pieces of art. I started with printing pigment prints on velum, colored with pencil and, backing them with authentic gold and silver leaf. A workshop in hand coloring photos, led to a love of working with pastels. These sepia or black & white photographs are printed on archival watercolor paper and then each is hand-colored with pastel. Print sizes are 4”x4”, 4”x5”, or 3 1/2”x5”.
