The forest and even individual trees can be mysterious. People often say that plants respond to music and human voices. Sometimes, when it’s quiet and I walk through the woods, I imagine I hear the trees talking among themselves. What if trees dreamed? Do they dream in black and white or color? Do they have nightmares, or happy dreams? Do they reflect back on their lives before they die? These photographs visualize what I picture trees see in their dreams.
